Recombinant Human Anti-CMV Antibody (C14)
Antibodies reactive against antigenic domain 4 (AD4) (amino acids 121-132 and 344- 438) of CMV AD169 envelope glycoprotein B (gB) were isolated from the plasma of a healthy volunteer having CMV- neutralizing activity. The anti-human cytomegalovirus antibodies can be used in treatment, prophylaxis, detection, and diagnosis of human cytomegalovirus infection.
