Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone CH21); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp120. MAb CH21 was vaccine-induced antibody, isolated from subject T141485 in RV144 trial. CH21 used V-gene segment, had no detectable neutralizing activity against tier 2 viruses, but neutralized subtype B tier 1 viruses.
