Recombinant human antibody Fab fragment to gp120. CH40 is the CD4i C1 region-targeting, non-neutralizing anti-gp120mAb exhibiting ADCC activity and having a discontinuous epitope. MAb CH40 also partially blocked the binding of soluble CD4 to AE.
