Mps1-IN-1 dihydrochloride inhibit Mps1 mitotic kinase activity and abrogates spindle assembly checkpoint (SAC) function. Mps1-IN-1 dihydrochloride decreases the viability of both cancer and ‘normal’ cells[1]. |
