Human Anti-HIV-1 gp41 Recombinant Antibody (clone 1-27); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp41. It was shown to be directed to the gp41 cluster I and it reacted with the immunodominant peptide. Its binding was not carbohydrate dependent. 1-27 neutralized 1/2 subtype B Tier 2 viruses.
