Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp120. CAP256-VRC26.21 neutralized superinfecting virus and all mutants K169R/Q/I/T at <0.02µg/ml - <1 µg/ml, but not the R166K mutant. It had a neutralization breadth of 10%.
