Luciferase Assay kit -for Transfection Assay

The luciferase assay kit is the most sensitive analytical tools for measuring gene expression. Fast and easy, accurate and linear, this kit detects and quantify firefly luciferase in transfected eukaryotic cells reaching high sensitivity level. Since the light emission is constant (>15 min) when using this kit, there is no need to use an automated luminometer for substrate injection. Emitted light is recorded by a standard luminometer at 560nm.
Luciferase assay kit contains optimized components (cell lysis buffer, luciferase substrate and Luciferase Assay Buffer) to ensure maximal sensitivity with a consistent light output.
