CDPPB
CDPPB is a positive allosteric modulator of mGlu5 receptor (EC50 = 10 and 20 nM for human and rat receptors, respectively). Study shows that CDPPB has a therapeutic effect for cognitive deficits in schizophrenia and pathology in Huntington's disease. CDPPB is a potential antipsychotic and nootropic drug.
