Arcyriaflavin A
Arcyriaflavin A is a potent dual target agent of calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaMKII) and cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4). Its IC50 values are 140 nM and 25 nM for CDK4 and CaMKII respectively, which is selective over protein kinase A (PKA) and PKC in vitro. It inhibits proliferation of HCT116 and NCI H460 human carcinoma cells and replication of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) in vitro. It also inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis of endometriotic cyst stromal cells (ECSCs).
