Human Anti-HIV-1 gp41 Recombinant Antibody (clone HGW23); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp41. HGW23 can bind to Env from clades A, B, BC, D and F, and to gp41 from clade B. It cross-competed with mAbs 5F3 and HK20 for binding to gp120. HGW23 neutralized HIV-1.
