Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 3-228)
Recombinant human antibody to gp120. 3-228 was shown to have high affinity for gp140 and it competed with V3 Ab for binding to gp140. 3-228 neutralized 2/5 Tier 1 viruses but did not neutralize any of the Tier 2 viruses.
