PD-117302
PD-117302, a new nonpeptide opioid compound, is a selective kappa-opioid agonist. It has been evaluated in vivo for antinociceptive activity and other effects characteristic of kappa-receptor activation. It also causes naloxone-reversible locomotor impairment and diuresis. It is used as an Anticonvulsants, an Anti-Arrhythmia agent, a Central Nervous System agent and a Cardiovascular agent.
