Mouse Anti-HIV-1 gp41 Recombinant Antibody (clone 1583); scFv Fragment
Recombinant Mouse Antibody (1583) scFv Fragment is specific to HIV-1 gp41. The epitope can be subdivided into two minimal epitopes that correspond to residues 740-743 and residues 746-750 of gpl60. 1583 binds to the second of these (ERDRD), a sequence which is highly charged.
