Mouse Anti-CFB Recombinant Antibody (clone AfBb); scFv Fragment
Provided is a monoclonal anti-Bb (AAfBb) antibody. AfBb antibody is a specific inhibitor of the AP and does not inhibit or activate the classical pathway. AfBb antibody binds to Bb so as to prevent cleavage of Factor B to produce Bb when present in the complex PC3bB.
