Recombinant Anti-human SGK1 Intrabody [(D-Arg)9]
Recombinant anti-SGK1 intrabody linked to (D-Arg)9 works within cells to inhibit the activity of human SGK1, expressed in 293T cells. The anti-Sgk intrabodies recognize the enzymatically active form of Sgk and which, upon binding, inhibit Sgk's ability to transphosphorylate.
