Human Anti-HIV-1 gp41 Recombinant Antibody (clone HGN91)
Recombinant human antibody to gp41. HGN91 can bind to Env from clades A, B, BC and D, and to gp41 from clade B. It cross-competed with mAbs 5F3 and HK20 for binding to gp120. HGN91 did not neutralize any HIV-1 isolates.
