C57BL/6N-Fasem1 Mouse
The Fas gene is located on mouse chromosome 19. Nine exons are identified, with the ATG start codon in exon 1 and the TGA stop codon in exon 9. Exon 2~4 will be selected as target site. Cas9 and gRNA will be co-injected into fertilized eggs for KO mouse production.
