Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp120. CAP256-VRC26.26 neutralized superinfecting virus and all mutants K169R/Q/I/T as well as the R166K mutant at <1µg/ml; neutralization breadth>50%. It neutralized 12/20 autologous viruses at <50µg/ml.
