The Ptprn gene is located on mouse chromosome 1. Twenty three exons are identified, with the ATG start codon in exon 1 and the TGA stop codon in exon 23. Exon 2~13 will be selected as target site. Cas9 and gRNA will be co-injected into fertilized eggs for KO mouse production.
