The antibody capable of specifically recognizing antigens EV71 virus particles, can be marked with the enzyme immunoassay in the range of EV71 and EV71 active functional anti-virus infection. Further, the antibody may be used in prevention and treatment of foot and mouth disease caused by EV71.
