Human Anti-S. aureus LTA Recombinant Antibody (clone A120b)
A120b is a chimeric antibody that contains the heavy chain variable region from A120 and the light chain variable region from A110. The monoclonal antibody binds to lipoteichoic acid (LTA) of Gram positive bacteria. The antibody also bind to whole bacteria and enhance phagocytosis and killing of the bacteria in vitro.
