Ketanserin
Ketanserin is a 5-HT2A receptor antagonist and potential α1-adrenergic receptor antagonist used to treat hypertension. It decreases blood pressure, improves left ventricular remodeling, increases capillary density in myocardial tissue, and may suppress TRPV1 channel-evoked thermal hyperalgesia.
