Instant premixed granules of GITC, Tris, EDTA, and PEG 6000
This granules can be used to obtain a solution of 4 M Guanidinthiocyanat, 55 mM Tris, 25 mM EDTA pH around 7.5 instantly. This solution can be used as a nucleic acid protector in the extraction of DNA and RNA from cells and biological buffer.
