Recombinant Human Anti-SFTSV GN Antibody Fab Fragment (MAb4-5)
This product is a recombinant Human antibody Fab fragment that can recognize SFTSV GN. MAb 4-5 is a human-origin, neutralizing monoclonal antibody targeting Gn, showing cross-neutralizing activity to a wide range of SFTSV isolates in China. The MAb 4–5 can recognize the denatured SFTSV Gn head but not the RVFV Gn head by Western blot.
