flavonol-3-O-glucoside L-rhamnosyltransferase
A configuration-inverting rhamnosyltransferase that converts flavonol 3-O-glucosides to 3-O-rutinosides. Also acts, more slowly, on rutin, quercetin 3-O-galactoside and flavonol 3-O-rhamnosides.
