Trypsin (Porcine)
Trypsin is a serine protein hydrolase, a single peptide chain consisting of 223 amino acid residues. Trypsin is strictly specific and acts on peptide bonds made of the basic amino acids arginine and leucine. It can also be referred to as a protein hydrolase or protease and facilitates protein digestion in the body.
