Recombinant Human Anti-Influenza B Antibody (CR9114)

Anti-Influenza B antibody is a Human antibody of IgG λ class that binds to an Influenza B. This antibody protect mice against lethal challenge from both lineages. It binds a conserved epitope in the HA stem and protects against lethal challenge with influenza A and B viruses. The antibody may inform on development of monoclonal antibody-based treatments and a universal flu vaccine for all influenza A and B viruses.
