Human Anti-HIV-1 gp41 Recombinant Antibody (clone HGD161)
Recombinant human antibody to gp41. HGD161 can bind to Env from clades A, B, BC, D and F, and to gp41 from clade B. It cross-competed with mAbs 5F3 and HK20 for binding to gp120. HGD161 did not neutralize any HIV-1 isolates.
