This product is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. Recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to human ganglioside GD3. Mitumomab is a mouse monoclonal antibody investigated for the treatment of small cell lung carcinoma in combination with BCG vaccination. Mitumomab attacks tumour cells, while the vaccine is thought to activate the immune system.
