Recombinant Anti-human GPHN Intrabody [Tat]
Recombinant anti-GPHN intrabody in fusion with HIV Tat works within cells to bind specifically to endogenous neuronal protein GPHN, expressed in CHO cells. The intrabody can report the localization and amount of endogenous synaptic proteins in living neurons and thus may be used to study changes in synaptic strength in vivo.
