Recombinant Anti-human GLI3 Intrabody [Tat]
Recombinant anti-GLI3 intrabody in fusion with HIV Tat works within cells to bind specific to the repressor domain of human GLI3, expressed in E. coli cells. Such a scFv constitutes a useful tool for studying transcriptional regulation of the hedgehog pathway in mammals and offers a starting point for developing novel Gli-related therapeutic intrabodies.
