Recombinant Human Antibody (4E10) Fab Fragment is specific to HIV-1 gp41 transmembrane subunit, expressed in mammalian cells. This broadly neutralizing antibody fragment could interact with membrane lipids, but the antibody regions contacting lipids and its orientation with respect to the viral membrane are unknown.
