Recombinant Mouse Anti-RV-B14 outer surface Antibody Fab Fragment (C5)
This product is a recombinant Mouse antibody Fab fragment that can recognize RV-B14 outer surface. A neutralizing antibody, C5, binds to RV-B14 and causes significant structural rearrangements of the capsid to allow release of the viral genome. C5 can bind the neutralizing immunogenic (NIm)-III site on the RV-B14 outer surface.
