Recombinant Human Antibody Fab Fragment clone chAb-1, which is specific to Basigin. Recombinant chimeric antibody (Ab-1) binds to basigin and inhibited the PfRH5-basigin interaction and potently blocked erythrocyte invasion by all parasite strains tested.
