Recombinant human antibody to gp41. This is a variant of 10E8, consisting of 2 H chain/4 L chain framework mutations. 10E8-2fH/4fL variant had an ∼4-fold fold decrease in potency, compared with the analogous variant without the two H chain framework mutations.
