Liquid Pullulanase for Starch Debranching and Complete Starch Hydrolysis
This product is derived from submerged fermentation of Bacillus Licheniformis, followed by purification and formulation. It is a thermally stable debranching enzyme capable of functioning at low pH levels, making it widely applicable in brewing, starch sugar processing, monosodium glutamate production, and alcohol fermentation, among other uses.
Pullulanase, a type of isoamylase, selectively hydrolyzes α-1,6-glucosidic linkages in pullulan, starch, and oligosaccharides. This activity enables the complete breakdown of branched starch molecules. When used in conjunction with other enzymes such as glucoamylase and β-amylase, pullulanase enhances the saccharification process and increases the yield of glucose or maltose.
