Water softening ion exchange resin

Water softening ion exchange resin, referred to as water softening resin, is a water treatment ion exchange resin with a sulfonic acid group, whose acidity is comparable to that of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and other inorganic acids, and which displays an ion exchange function in alkaline, neutral, and even acidic mediums, and which is used exclusively for the softening of hard water and wastewater.
