Mouse Anti-HIV-1 Rev Recombinant Antibody (clone 8E7); scFv Fragment
Recombinant mouse antibody scFv fragment to Rev(70-84). 8E7 worked in indirect immunofluorescence and also detected Rev in WB assays and used to detect localization of Rev in several compartments including the nucleoli, nucleoplasm, perinuclear zone, and cytoplas.
