1-(3-Chloropyridin-4-yl)ethan-1-amine Hydrochloride is the chlorine salt of 1-(3-Chloropyridin-4-yl)ethan-1-amine (C188810) which is an intermediate in preparation of pyridazinone derivatives used as P2X7 receptor inhibitors; useful in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (ref 1) and also in preparation of N-biphenylmethylindole modulators of PPARG for treatment of osteoporosis (ref 2).
