ML-290
ML-290 is an allosteric agonist of relaxin family peptide receptor 1 (RXFP1). It increases cAMP accumulation and VEGF expression in cells that endogenously express human RXFP1. ML290 exhibits antifibrotic effects in liver fibrosis.
