41-Oxo-rapamycin
An impurity of Rapamycin. Rapamycin is a macrolide compound. It inhibits activation of T cells and B cells by reducing the production of interleukin-2. Rapamycin can be used to coat coronary stents and prevent organ transplant rejection.
