C57BL/6N-Tnfem1 Mouse
The Tnf gene is located on mouse chromosome 17. Four exons are identified, with the ATG start codon in exon 1 and the TGA stop codon in exon 4. Exon 1~4 will be selected as target site. Cas9 and gRNA will be co-injected into fertilized eggs for KO mouse production.
