(R)-Encorafenib
Encorafenib is a Proto oncogene protein b raf inhibitor with potential antineoplastic activity. By inhibiting the activation of the RAF/MEK/ERK signaling pathway, the administration of Encorafenib may result in a decrease in proliferation of tumor cells. Now, treatment for Colorectal cancer and Malignant melanoma is in clinical trials Phase III. Treatment for Multiple myeloma and Solid tumours is in clinical trials Phase II.
