0.1-2 kbp DNA Marker
0.1-2 kbp DNA Marker is composed of six linear double-stranded DNA bands (0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1, and 2 kbp). The 0.75 kbp band (100 ng/5 µl) serves as the reference band as it is double the concentration of the other bands (50 ng/5 µl) and therefore appears with double the intensity of the other bands on the gel. This product is ready-to-use and is premixed with 1X DNA loading buffer.
