BTZO 1
BTZO 1 is a macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) binder (Kd = 68.6 nM). BTZO 1 activates antioxidant response element (ARE)-mediated gene expression and inhibits oxidative stress-induced cardiomyocyte apoptosis in vitro.
