C57BL/6J-Prkcdem1 Mouse
The Prkcd gene is located on mouse chromosome 14. Eighteen exons are identified, with the ATG start codon in exon 2 and the TAA stop codon in exon 18. Exon 2~14 will be selected as target site. Cas9 and gRNA will be co-injected into fertilized eggs for KO mouse production.
