Camelid Anti-T. maritima ABC exporter TM287/288 Recombinant Single Domain Antibody (TM35)
This product is a recombinant Alpaca single domain antibody that recognizes T. maritima ABC exporter TM287/288 exclusively in the presence of ATP. The sdAb binds to an extracellular wing and strongly inhibits ATPase activity by shifting the transporter's conformational equilibrium towards the outward-facing state. Inhibition of TM287/288 carrying the 2xDtoA mutations by TM#35 was found to be more pronounced than the inhibition of the wild-type transporter.
