Human Anti-FCGRT Recombinant Antibody (clone DX-2507)
This product is a recombinant Human antibody that can recognize FcRn. DX-2507 is a fully human monoclonal antibody to human-FcRn. DX-2507 bind to hFcRn with high affinity at both pH 6.0 (Kd = 1.8 nM) and pH 7.4 (Kd = 2.0 nM). DX-2507 blocks IgG binding to FcRn and thereby shortens IgG half-life by preventing IgGs from recycling back into circulation. DX-2507 epitope covers most of the antibody Fc–binding region of FcRn, definitively confirming that the Fab region at a minimum competitively inhibits IgG–Fc–mediated interactions.
