XMU-MP-1
XMU-MP-1 is a reversible and selective MST1/2 inhibitor. It suppresses activities of MST1/2 kinase, then activating the downstream effector Yes-associated protein and promoting cell growth. Studies indicated that the pharmacological modulation of MST1/2 kinase activities offered a new way to potentiate tissue repair and regeneration, and XMU-MP-1 is the first lead for the development of targeted regenerative therapeutics.
