ZAPA sulfate
ZAPA sulfate acts as an agonist at low affinity GABAA receptors and is thus a useful ligand to investigate GABA receptors linked to benzodiazepine receptors. ZAPA sulfate is also a GABAA-ρ receptor antagonist.
